That being said, I was following MSAdmin's guide on MDT 2012 (pretty good guide, btw) and I got the stage where I'm almost complete with capturing the image. However I got frustrated at the other options I was given (Macrium, Acronis) and my company can't procure hugely expensive things like SCCM or a separate server for PXE boots.
So I was trying to streamline my colleagues' workflow with imaging by producing a golden/universal image (prior to my venture, we were doing this manually by completely installing the OS (Windows 7 Pro 圆4), software and settings from scratch). By no stretch of the imagination am I a pro at IT and imaging, which is why I came to this sub for some help. A preface I work at a not-for-profit organization that deals with charitable work and e-waste recycling.
